Founder, Executive Director
Dr. Boomenyo has dedicated 7+ years to refugee advocacy and social impact. Under their leadership, REN has expanded its services and secured funding for vital programs, positively impacting thousands of refugees.
Bishop Victor Seraya
Board President
Bishop Victor Seraya is a dedicated faith leader with a passion for community service and humanitarian work. As Board President of The Refugee Network, he provides strategic leadership and spiritual guidance to help empower and support refugee families.
Pastor Richard Van Proyen
