To complete your application, you will need to gather the following documents:

  • Completed Application Form: Fill it out online below.
     

  • Transcripts: Official academic transcripts from previous institutions. 
     

  • Letters of Recommendation: Two letters from individuals who can speak to your qualifications and character.
     

  • Personal Statement: A brief essay outlining your reasons for pursuing the program and your career goals.
     

  • Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued ID or passport.
     

  • Application Fee: $25 non-refundable application fee.
